| Robert Giustra Position: President & CEO, Director
Mr. Giustra has been actively engaged in the creation, financing, development, restructuring and management of publicly-traded junior mining companies since 1992. His early experience in public markets includes working as an Investment Advisor with a national securities brokerage firm and later as an Investment Banker at an international investment dealer where he co-founded the equity sales and corporate finance departments.

| Donald Gustafson Position: Director
Mr. Gustafson has forty-three years of experience in exploration and development of mineral properties. Mr. Gustafson is a former Director of Golden Cycle Gold Corporation which was acquired pursuant to a takeover bid by AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. He previously served as Homestake Mining Company's Manager of Deposit Development where he played a significant role in the discovery and development of the McLaughlin gold mine in Northern California. He also held the position of Vice President and Director of Exploration for Homestake International Minerals Ltd., where he concentrated on the Asian, South Pacific, Central and South American regions.

| Gil Atzmon Position: Director
Mr. Atzmon has over 20 years of experience in the mineral resource sector. His career has included positions as a mining fund manager, investment banker and mining executive. Mr. Atzmon has participated in many global exploration and mining projects. Mr. Atzmon holds a BA in Geology and Geography from Columbia University and an MA in Energy and Mineral Resources from the University of Texas at Austin.

| Andy Wallace* Position: VP Exploration of Columbus Silver (U.S.) Corp.
Andy Wallace is a Certified Professional Geologist (CPG) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists. He completed a B.S. in geology at Eastern New Mexico University, an M.S. in geology at the University of Texas at El Paso, and a PhD in geology at the Mackay School of Mines at the University of Nevada, Reno. Mr. Wallace joined Cordex Exploration Co. in 1974, was promoted to Exploration Manager in 1985 and ultimately became managing partner. Cordex is credited with the discovery of eight economic gold mines in the United States. The Marigold Mine (5M oz), the Stonehouse/Lone Tree Mine (12M oz) and the Daisy Mine were discovered under Mr. Wallace's management. Mr. Wallace also served as Vice President of Exploration for Rayrock Mines U.S. whose parent company merged with Glamis Gold and ultimately with Goldcorp., to form the third largest gold mining company in the world. Andy Wallace is a recipient of the SME/AIME's Robert M. Dreyer Award and is widely regarded as one of the most successful gold explorers in the United States.

| Akbar Hassanally Position: Chief Financial Officer
Early in his career, Mr. Hassanally audited junior mining companies at KPMG in Vancouver. Since 1995, he has been engaged as a mergers and acquisitions advisor, including on Wall Street with Credit Suisse First Boston and JP Morgan Chase, where he was responsible for conducting financial analysis and executing merger transactions in a variety of industries, including metals and mining. Mr. Hassanally holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Diploma of Honors Standing (Economics) from the University of Western Ontario and has held the designation of Chartered Accountant.

| Joel Schuster Position: VP Legal & Corporate Secretary
Mr. Schuster is a graduate of the University of Toronto with degrees in political science and law, and is a member of the bar in British Columbia and Massachusetts. Mr. Schuster has worked in private legal practice for over a decade, most recently with DuMoulin Black LLP in Vancouver. Mr. Schuster has represented numerous mining companies in Canada and the United States in connection with initial public offerings, takeovers, company maintenance, corporate governance, public disclosure requirements, and the acquisition and disposition of mineral properties. His experience provides the Columbus with invaluable legal and managerial experience in its efforts to explore and commercialize its mineral holdings.
